The seminar “Enhancing ODM Capabilities: The Key to a Competitive and High-Value Manufacturing Model”, held as part of MTA Hanoi 2024, successfully concluded with the participation of numerous businesses in the precision engineering industry. Through the seminar, attendees gained valuable insights into the potential of the ODM production model, which is a crucial strategy for businesses to strengthen their position in the global supply chain. While also creating greater added value for their products, attracting more international customers, and ultimately increasing profits.
We hope that the knowledge and experience gained from the workshop will continue to spread and contribute to the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry in Vietnam.
